SIA ASNS Ingredient has launched a research project No. JP-12 “Development of protein isolate extrusion and texturization technology and formulation for application in the food industry”, aimed at creating innovative solutions for the development of plant-based products using yellow peas grown in Latvia.

ASNS Ingredient has launched a major investment project titled “Development of Pea Protein and Starch Production Facility in Jelgava”, aiming to establish a state-of-the-art processing site for transforming locally grown raw materials into high-value food ingredients.
ASNS Ingredient is implementing a research project under the Recovery Fund titled “Latvian Food Competence Center – Digitalization”, in accordance with the “Latvian Recovery and Resilience Facility Plan, Reform and Investment Direction 2.2 ‘Digital Transformation and Innovation of Enterprises’, Investment 2.2.1.3.i ‘Support for the Introduction of New Products and Services in Business'” implementation regulations.
