Activity 2: Development of Technological Process Parameters for Pea Husk Extrusion

Planned Outcome: Obtained 4 different samples with ratios of husk to solid, as well as
analyzed at least 3 extrusion process parameters

Work Done and Progress Achieved during the Period from 01.09.2023. to 28.02.2024.:

  • Commenced implementation of Activity 2.
  • Conducted technical pre-research using smaller-scale equipment.
  • Three experiments with extrusion of grinded peas were carried out.
  • Foreign laboratory capability to achieve useful results was clarified and verified.
